Yay!! It's my first newsletter, ever!

Hello everybody
You are recieving this email because at some point you have shown an interest in my artistic endeavors. I'll only be hurt a little bit if you decide to unsubscribe, so if this is unwanted please follow the instructions at the bottom of the email.

I'll be using this list to keep you posted on the aformentioned artistic endeavors. These will include things like comic book convensions I'm going to, projects I'm working on and things I've got up for sale. I'll probably also be drawing some special things just for you guys.

99 Doodles Project

The first bit of news (besides my brand new newsletter) is that I am participating in Anthony Woodward's 99 Doodles project. This means have committed to do 99 smallish drawings and paintings. I'm shooting for one picture every weekday for as long as it takes. I'll be posting them on my website SkullyFlower.com and on my LiveJournal Blog so you might want to stay tuned.

The purpose of this exercise is to keep me drawing and to accumulate some work that I can show and eventually sell. I've been calling myself an artist for at least 20 years now and I have never had my own art show and have never sold an original piece of artwork. Crazy! So I'm trying despirately to change this.

SkullyFlower's in Stores

SkullyFlower Comics are now in select stores!

...Skully Flower is a nicely drawn fun book about a young lady and her roommate, Skully Flower, whose name describes it perfectly. Dragon's work is a really nice clean inking line that's filled with fun. Go read the strip on her site and get sucked into the shlocky horror influenced silliness.

And as usual, you can pick it (and many other nifty items constructed by me) up at My Web Shop.

Well, that's enough for now. Thanks for your support!
